Hello friends! My husband Ray Alsdorf and I have been coaching married couples and pre-marital couples for two decades. We are excited about this next chapter in our ministry and with zoom we are able to serve people for all over the country.
Nothing makes us happier than helping others through the hard places in life. I guess it’s because we have had our share of real-life hard. We both went through unwanted divorces, married each other and then had the challenge of the blended family…and our first ten years were a real doozy! Then there was high school dramas, college bills and the empty nest. Now our children are grown and we couldn’t be more proud of each of them. We are proud of who they are and who they married. We are in the grand parenting season, both cancer survivors and now retired from church ministry work. We have a heart to continue helping others. What we offer:

The Alsdorf’s are part of the AACC, American Association of Christian Counselors as pastoral counselors and coaches. They live in the Phoenix, AZ area and can accommodate local clients but they do have clients from all over the country using Zoom. Premarital Coaching: using the Prepared and Enrich assessments and protocol
Premarital coaching involves eight sessions using the tools within the prepared and enrich assessment test, highlighting other books and biblical principles. Each session is 60-90 min. The Premarital Package is $400 for all sessions. Prepare and Enrich assessment fees not included in this price but will be the responsibility of the couple.

Personal Coaching for Women: Debbie Alsdorf has worked with thousands of women over the past 20 years and continues to do so. She offers weekly, monthly or bi-monthly coaching at $75 per hour session. [email protected]
Author and Content Coaching: Debbie Alsdorf works alongside publishers to coach new authors with their vision, content and direction. She helps them go from idea to a plan and proposal. She also is a content coach for those who are already contracted to write a book. She offers this service at $100 per session and offers packages and discounts to those needed more than a few sessions. [email protected]
