I haven’t always lived loved. I have lived by negative labels that have caused
me to live insecure and fearful rather than loved and free. Maybe you can relate.
Today is a new day. God has lavished his love on us and calls us His children.
Why don’t we believe it? Or why do we say we believe, but live like we don’t? If I really believe the truth than it will begin to replace the self-concious lies. Today I encourage you to give to God all things you have been called and all things that you call yourself.
Align yourself with the truth of God’s Word about YOU. It is freeing, liberating and takes us from a place of self-focus and insecurity, to God-focus and confidence!
Today’s Truth: 1 John 3:1, 2 Cor 5:16
“How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
“So from now on we regard no one from a wordly point of view. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.”
Lavished: Profuse or extravagant display of something.

Lord, I often get busy and forget your love for me. Today I stop to thank you for your extravagant expression poured on me…you lavish love on my life and call me your child. Today I choose truth and stand in the freedom of knowing whose I am.

I have been struggling with hormone imbalances and have been letting my feelings and physical issues overshadow what I know to be the truth – I am God’s beloved child and His favor rests on me. I thank God for your timely message which spoke to me exactly when I needed it. I am humbled by His mercy, goodness and grace. I can praise Him in this storm and during these hot flashes!
